Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Certain products may require additional processing time due to supplier availability, custom ordering, or inventory limitations.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Flatline Performance is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
We will assist in filing claims when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Flatline Performance is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses supplied during checkout.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:

Failure to report shipping damage within 7 days may affect claim eligibility.

Special Order & Backordered Items
