At Flatline Performance, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide quality products and services, but we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.
Returns
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Include all original packaging, hardware, instructions, and accessories.

Be free from signs of installation, modification, damage, or abuse.
Flatline Performance reserves the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-ordered products.

Special-order parts.

Tuners, programmers, and electronic devices that have been installed, activated, or used.

Opened fluids, chemicals, lubricants, or maintenance products.

Clearance or final sale items.

Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Photos of the item and packaging.

A description of the issue.
We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible through replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Vehicle Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before placing an order. While we strive to provide accurate fitment information, Flatline Performance is not responsible for costs associated with incorrect orders resulting from inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.
Performance Parts Disclaimer
Many aftermarket performance products are intended for off-road or competition use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding vehicle modifications and emissions regulations.
Service Work
All service, installation, diagnostic, and performance work performed by Flatline Performance is subject to separate service agreements and warranties, if applicable.
